When a Project proceeds to the engineering design stage, INDEX' s Technical and Design Department utilizes the latest technology to provide complete design and engineering services for construction and contract bidding. The following services are provided:

PROJECT MANAGEMENT / CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION

Throughout all stages of a project, INDEX also furnishes construction management services by acting as client's agent when required. These services include:
 
• Provision of construction inputs to architects-engineers through the design and engineering stages     
• Construction management of turn - key , design - build and concessionaire projects     
• Handling of contractual procedures necessary for phased construction     
• Procurement services for materials and equipment including the expediting of procurement, shop inspections and shipping     
• Services during construction such as quality control and schedule control

When desired by clients, INDEX furnishes technical assistance services to contractors. The scope will vary according to the client's request and contractor's competence.
 
INDEX can deploy engineers and technical staff to carry out field investigations, construction supervision and project administration for different specific purposes such as civil works, electrical and mechanical works etc,.
 
      
When a project is ready for construction, INDEX can continue with the project under:

• a free-type contract covering project administration and management, construction supervision and cost control     
 

DESIGN - BUILD

            Index Company has the idea to plan and design the environmental education structure, control the cost of the project, give advice on the development of product storage systems, provide Consultation on the design of project details and the care of design details including system work of the project.

LEED® Certification

Currently, The Company can provide consulting services for projects that want to apply for LEED® Green Building Assessment.
          LEED®​ or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, is a standard for designing buildings by taking into account various environmental impacts both inside and outside the building. It is about improving the quality of life and seriously caring about the health of building users. LEED® promotes sustainable building design by recognizing building efficiency in the following aspects: If customers need to apply for green building assessment certification, the company provides consulting services in obtaining LEED Certification, which is an assessment developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), including related aspects as follows:

Index International Group PCL. has joined hands as a business partner with Green Consultants Global (PVT) Ltd. in providing all 3 types of LEED Certification services as follows :

	Building design and construction: construction and renovation New buildings or old buildings that have been renovated by more than 40-60% of the building have a   better system.
	Interior design and construction The design of the building in accordance with various energy reductions, which may be a store in a shopping mall (Shopping malls are in the BD+C category).
	Existing buildings and maintenance Old buildings have been retrofitted with energy-efficient building and system improvements, and the dismantled items have been disposed of with minimal environmental impact.
