Message from the Chairman of the Executive Committee regarding the 2026 flood situation.

To all executives and employees,

Following the heavy rainfall and flooding affecting many areas, the management team has been monitoring the situation continuously. We are deeply concerned about the welfare and safety of all executives, employees and their families.

Please take care of your health, exercise caution when travelling, and put your own safety and that of your family first.

As many areas face difficult conditions, I would like to thank every executive and employee for working together, fulfilling their duties, caring for and helping one another, and supporting operations across the company so that they can continue as smoothly as possible.

With continued cooperation, understanding and care for one another, we can get through these circumstances safely together.

I offer my encouragement to you and your families, and sincerely hope that the situation will improve and return to normal soon, so that we can meet again and resume working together as usual.
