Service scope
In response to increasing environmental awareness and the trend towards sustainable building development, the company has developed Green Building Certification consulting services covering both new and renovated buildings, referencing the international LEED® standard of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), one of the most highly recognized standards globally.
Green Building Certification covers energy and environmental assessments, as well as the preparation of technical plans and recommendations to ensure projects effectively meet LEED® criteria. Key services are divided into the following areas:
- Whole Building Energy Analysis/Simulation
- Life Cycle Analysis
- Building Energy System Commissioning & Verification
- Energy Auditing

Building design and construction: construction and renovation New buildings or old buildings that have been renovated by more than 40-60% of the building have a better system. |

Interior design and construction The design of the building in accordance with various energy reductions, which may be a store in a shopping mall (Shopping malls are in the BD+C category). |

Existing buildings and maintenance Old buildings have been retrofitted with energy-efficient building and system improvements, and the dismantled items have been disposed of with minimal environmental impact. |
